• Cancellation by Global Eye Intelligence: If an event, fellowship, simulation, or any digital product purchased is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Incorrect Product Delivery (Physical Merchandise): If the customer receives the wrong product (e.g., wrong item, incorrect quantity, or damaged goods), and informs us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds Not Applicable

• Change of mind or withdrawal after successful enrollment in fellowships, simulations, or training programs.
• Downloaded digital products (e.g., intelligence reports, PDFs, recordings).
• Failure to read the product description or refund terms before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, data, and materials provided by Global Eye Intelligence are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any of the content provided without our express permission.
